The present plans of the county supervisors to build 3 huge, 5 story administration buildings and a 1500 car parking lot on the old Yavapai Fairgrounds property MUST BE STOPPED! If we work together we can do it. If we fail, these beautiful views of Prescott's surrounding hills and view of downtown Prescott will be LOST FOREVER!

Please enjoy the following photos from the 2003 Prescott Rodeo.

"One of the more mysterious artifacts in the Museum, this stone carving and its partner were found in the 1930's at the old Yavapai County Fairgrounds. Their purpose is still unknown, although some archeaologists have suggested that they were ceremonial. No artifact similar in nature to these effigies has been found in the Prescott area."
