Good afternoon everyone, this is Ms. Sunshine here today to discuss the changes in children’s behavior. Lately recent poles have been noticing that children now compared to fifty years ago has drop dramatically. As of today children are being more disobedient, and getting away with it. Violence is a big issue with children today. Do you think it could be due to the amount of war we are witnessing on the news channels?

It may be the violence in video games, or even the behavior of there very own parents. Whatever this may be, if we want it stopped we are the only ones who can change this. We need to be the change we want to see in the world. Would you agree? We need to watch our children closely, and give them the right punishments. Most of the time, parents are allowing the kids to make the decisions which is not always the best way to go about things. If you are reading this and you have a child who is disobedient, or just does not do what you ask, try something new like taking away violent video games, set a good example for your children. Remember children learn most from what they see.

Hey everybody Ms. Sunshine at your service. Well recently my family and i have bought a new subdivision home. Boy are they expensive. We have a two income home, but that just isn’t really enough to support a four person family. Especially that there is a baby and a teenager in the home. Bills seem to have gone up, having to pay for more than one bill. Theres gas, water, electricity, the t v bill, Internet, and the cell phone bill to pay.

Then you have to provide food for the family and all of this adds up. So these are hard times, but we will pull through it. We went from paying a low cost place to live to paying a higher amount for a better place to live. The conclusion we have come with the bills is that we were going to have to cut down on the amount of money everyone gets to go out and have fun. That or the teen needs to get a job to help with the bills. Before moving somewhere or buying your own place, you need to look at the financial situation you and your partner are in. Do you need to get another better paying job? Or should you save your money for about another year and then you will be ready? Those are the things you should take into consideration before choosing a new home. The children need to finish school, but we can take them from one school to another. Thats too big of a change for them. What can you do? Well you can look for bus schedules, I am sure there is a bus from your home to there school. So that is taken care of.

Next is how close is the center of the city to your home? Or how far do you have to drive to get back and fourth to work every day? Is it so far that gas is going to be a problem considering gas is going up so much in a day? Did you like the area you lived in before, because family was close? If thats the case you may not want that as a change. If you put all these into consideration, you can then make the best decision for you and your family as my family and i have done for ours.

Hello everyone this is Ms. Sunshine again.. here to talk about a career in the modeling field. Ever since i was a little girl i have wanted to be come one of Americas top models. How great it would be to shine under all the lights, in those big beautiful clothes. Strutting my stuff with cameras going every which way as i stride down that runway. As i would watch models such as Tyra and Heidi up on stage i could imagine how great it would be to have the whole audience watching you, and cheering for you.

But before you can even begin to start your way to stardom, you have to go through a process of elimination, and rejection. Not every company you try for is going to like your look, or your walk, or even you i general. But you cant let that get you down. You have to hold your head up and go for another agency. The process of elimination is that you have to have pictures of yourself. Some need to be with makeup, and some without. Next you have to have some with your face, and some with your body. You also have to have a few pictures with your hair up, and others with your hair down. Thats called your portfolio. In advantage to getting the part, that is what they recommend you bring with you so they can get a good picture on how u model. And what your strengths are, your weaknesses, your perfections and your flaws. You have a choice, on the type of model you want to be. You could choose to do runway, makeup, or modeling for magazines and stores. When you go to an agency they will look your portfolio over and decide weather you are right for there company or not. They may tell you that you are better off modeling for a different company or a different style of modeling. Now modeling isn’t a full time job.

At any moment something could go wrong so you are better off having a back up job, just in case you do not have a shoot. I feel that when choosing an agency it is who of you to look at price both price to sign up, and how much they pay. So these are just a few tips to help you find a career, or just to better your modeling career if you have already built one.

Hello This is Ms. Sunshine.. I am here today to discuss obesity. The way I look at obesity is that the reason children today are gaining more and more weight is that they don’t sit at home and eat a healthy meal. If they eat a healthy well balanced meal, they would be more healthy. Children need less sugar, and more fruits and vegetables in there diet. Personally I don’t think it’s Mc Donalds or any other fast food restaurants fault for the issues we are having with weight today. It is about self control. If were going to go after one company, then we must bash others as well.

You look at Wal-Mart and other stores, they have candy on sale as soon as you walk in the door for almost every holiday. One of the biggest problems with weight is that kids are not exercising enough. They need to start out young and get used to exercising so it is not a problem as they grow older. If parents would help there children, by exercising with them, and taking thirty minutes out of there day to make a healthy meal , there would not be as many problems as we come across on a day to day basis.

Hi there this is Ms. Sunshine, here to discuss, cell phone companies and cell phone usage. In the three years I have had a cell phone there have been may problems, with things such as minutes, text messaging, and other technical difficulties. When purchasing your cellular devise, you want to make sure you have the best quality and the top cell phone service. I have joined with Verison Wireless, and surprisingly it has done the best for me and my family. Sure we have had problems here and there, but nothing major. We have had the most problems with our minutes, and going over the amount each member is allowed.

Each member of our family is allowed two-hundred minutes. We each have unlimited texting, so that takes away all the problems that may occur with that. Sometimes the amount of minutes we receive is not enough, so we want to go for more minutes, which costs more. The prices for cell phones are going up more everyday, compare that with the prices of gas and the average equals out. Why is that? Well, I think the prices are going up because of the immigration that is going on. We have more people, so technology is need, and that cost money. My personal opinion is that cell phones are a must, and that prices should be lowered.

With many families having children, and each child having different sports and extra curricular activities to do, everyone in the family needs a cell phone. It’s understandable that parents cant be with there children, one-hundred percent of the time. So the only valuable way to keep an eye on them is to have a cell phone. Without cell phones, the world would be crazier than it is today. So my conclusion is that families need to think of a reliable service, and get a cell phone for each member of the family, with in age.

Hello my name is Ms. Sunshine. I am here to talk about the problems we have been coming across on a day to day basis, concerning a program called myspace. There have been, some complaints about predators, stalkers, and even rapists. Myspace really isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. I think it’s the parents job to monitor there children, teach them what’s right and what’s wrong. If children know to block there myspace, and add only there friends there wouldn’t be as many problems.

Myspace is a place where kids can express who they are. They can make there “page” to fit them. It’s a program to talk with your friends, and to keep in touch with the ones who have moved away or gone to another state. In order for the safety to be in full effect, parents need to talk to there children. Children to be aware of the dangers that are out there, and the consequences for the actions they may have made. Sure if kids are let out without the information they need, something is bound to go wrong. Personally I believe that children who are given the proper knowledge, will make the right decisions.
